At Avatrois Enterprises, we strive to provide the highest quality activewear for men and women. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent refund and returns process.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags intact.
• You must contact our customer support for return confirmation within 7 days of receiving the order.

Please note: Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for returns.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
3. Once your return is confirmed, ship the item back to our warehouse.

The returned item must reach our warehouse within 15 days from the delivery date. Returns received after this period may not be accepted.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• If the return meets our policy conditions, we will process the refund.
• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
• The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
• Items missing tags, original packaging, or accessories.
• Personalized or customized items.
